Maddie & Aaron bring that sound to beloved songs spanning generations, creating an intimate and sophisticated musical experience built around stunning violin, expressive guitar, two exceptional voices and rich, effortless harmonies.
Between them, Madeline Bailey and Aaron Young bring decades of professional performance experience to the stage. Their individual careers have taken them from intimate venues to concert halls and stages around the world, performing and collaborating with internationally recognized artists and productions including Michael Bublé, Il Divo, Disturbed and Barrage.
Madeline Bailey
Madeline Bailey is an accomplished Canadian violinist, vocalist and music educator whose career spans more than three decades. Her versatility has placed her onstage with artists and ensembles including Michael Bublé, Il Divo, Disturbed, Pinchas Zukerman & Amanda Forsyth, the Calgary Jazz Orchestra and Calgary Civic Symphony.
Whether soaring above an arrangement on violin, finding the intimacy within a simple melody, or adding her expressive voice to a rich vocal harmony, Madeline brings elegance, emotion and an unmistakable musical presence to every performance.
Aaron Young
For more than three decades, Aaron Young has built a career around making music and connecting with people through it. A former member of the internationally touring production Barrage, he has performed throughout Asia, Scandinavia, the UK, Canada and the United States.
Across more than 180 albums and 7,500 live performances, Aaron's work as a guitarist, vocalist, producer and arranger has developed an unusually broad musical vocabulary—one he brings to the warmth and simplicity of Maddie & Aaron.
